About the Project

CEO Andrea Guevara LLC & Brand Strength
Hey there, when this whole pandemic thing started getting real I wanted to do something to keep people’s spirits up and help them navigate this difficult time. I’ve been through some major personal crises in my life and if there’s one thing I know how to do now it’s surviving without losing my damn mind. So I decided to tap into some of the things I learned during the toughest times in my life and share simple daily ideas to help. Art and design are big parts of my life as well and I thought, how can I bring visual beauty into these emails as well? That’s where my colleague, Amy stepped up to help!
Now, with the added movement to dismantle racism growing, I’m realizing that this email series is more important than ever. We’re all going through an unprecedented degree of stress and if we’re going to keep up the good fight and make true progress, we need to take care of ourselves as well. I hope this series helps you do that.

Kennedy Grace Gallery
Kennedy Grace Gallery is the go-to gallery for purchasing artwork by local artists. Working with over 20 artists with ties to Long Beach, the gallery has put together a curated collection of varied styles, sizes and price points. Kennedy Grace Gallery has also reimagined the traditional art gallery space. Instead of this Long Beach-based gallery having its own retail space, it has created a model where the gallery can be spread throughout the city in multiple locations through retail/art collaboratives. Kennedy Grace Gallery works with different businesses, such as District Wine and The Studio O, by utilizing their walls to hang the gallery’s artwork. The gallery rotates its art collection throughout different locations. All artwork can be viewed and purchased through Kennedy Grace Gallery’s website or when stay at home orders are lifted, you can purchase the artwork directly from the businesses.
